How to create deal
How to create deal through the Andgrains platform?
1. Select your desired advert by clicking on the "Sell" or "View Advert" button.
2. A confirmation window will open for you to agree to the General Terms and Conditions for using the platform.
3. After agreeing to the general terms, select the "PAY COMMISSION" button, indicating the amount you need to pay. You will then be redirected to a page for commission payment.
4. After successfully completing the commission payment, the seller will be notified via the provided email that the commission has been paid.
5. Once the seller confirms their willingness to proceed with the transaction, negotiations will commence. The platform will also notify the buyer via the provided email address.
6. In the "My Deals" menu, you can see the status change of the advert to "Edit by Buyer."
7. The ability to edit and set parameters for the transaction is achieved by selecting the "EDIT / COMPLETE DEAL" button.
8. A panel displaying the basic parameters of the stages of the deal will be visualized: ITEM, PAYMENT, SAMPLE, DEAL. The application will guide you through each of the steps to finalize the deal with the "NEXT" button.
*** From the drop-down menu "Deal Parties," you can view the details of the counterparty as well as a contact phone number.
*** From the drop-down menu "Last edited payment scheme," you can check the desired payment method from the seller or view the latest offers.
9. By clicking on the "NEXT" button, you move to the "PAYMENT" section. Here, the seller's desired payment method will automatically load, which you can edit by choosing the option to calculate by percentage or by manually entering the desired amounts and quantities for delivery. Under the delivered quantity, you can set the desired payment/delivery dates.
*** To set your payments using the "calculate by percentage" option, you need to check the checkbox and move the slider to the desired percentages.
*** The final sum of all payments should correspond to the price indicated in the advert.
*** The total quantity of deliveries should correspond to the quantity indicated in the ad.
*** Users can add/remove ADVANCE, INTERIM, FINAL payments.
*** Users can add up to 10 (ten) INTERIM payments.
10. Pressing the "NEXT" button will take you to the "Sample" section. Here, you can indicate whether you want a trial. You can choose a trial within the range of 2 to 5 kg.
11. Press the "NEXT" button to proceed to the "DEAL" section, where you will be able to review the parameters you have set. To submit your deal proposal, you should check the checkbox indicating your agreement with the general terms. This will activate the "Save deal parameters for review by the counterparty" button. Press the "Save deal parameters for review by the counterparty" button.
We will notify the seller of your proposal. The deal will change its status to "Edit by Seller." From this point, the seller will be able to edit some of the parameters you have set (payment scheme, delivered quantity, payment and delivery date) or agree to the parameters you have set.
*** If the seller agrees with the parameters you have set, the status of the deal will change to "Agreement Reached," and the system will automatically generate your Purchase Agreement. We will notify you via a message to the email address you provided.
*** If the seller edits one or more of the deal parameters, the status of the deal will change again to "Edit by Buyer," where you can review the newly set parameters and edit them or agree to them. Andgrains notifies the parties involved in the deal for every change in the deal status.
